The Blue Light Foundation

The Simon Schembri Blue Light Foundation is a non profit organization honoring our first responders, protectors and their families.

We accomplish this by providing moral, and where necessary, financial supposrt to emergency responders and employees in disciplined forces who suffer physical injury in the line of duty.

When an employee in the Malta Police Force, the Armed Forces of Malta, the Civil Protection Department, Corradino Correctional Facility and Emergency Ambulance Staff suffer physical injury in the line of duty the foundation will strive to give the following assistance:

Moral and psychological assistance to the employee and his direct family members;

Financial assistance for medical care if such assistance is not sufficient or adequate from the State.
